Line Status Monitor Can't Connect To Vg

No way to connect with line status monitor after VG restart.

 

Today VG crashed and restart service and no way to connect with line status monitor to service.

Line Monitor not working after any kind of VG restart.

 

To connect Line Status Monitor I have to restart Windows system each time after VG restart.

Have you confirmed that there is only one vgIvrService.exe task running at the time?

 

The only time we were able to reproduce the issue was if there were two vgIvrService.exe tasks showing in the Windows Task Manager.

 

We also would need to see full traces with any problem report such as this. This will let us see what happend. if you enounter this usse again then plase .ZIP and upload the full ktTel trace as well as vgEngine trace after restart and the last vgEngine trace before restart.

 

We can then comment on the issue.

It happen again

 

I have renamed old log files and send now completely new
