SupportTeam Report post Posted 10/27/2003 11:49 PM First I'd try increasing the volume of the sound files itself - just about all sound recording and editing programs allow you to amplify the file's volume. If the sound files are recorded too faint then you should be increasing the Microphones recording volume/gain (it's on the Volume Controls applet). Some modems just inherently do not play the sound files loud enough - if it is your modem that is the problem then you may have to look into trying another modem or getting a Dialogic card...
