It Takes A Long Time To Transfer

Hello Support,

 

Callers are saying is that the are waiting too long before they hear the voice of the operator.

I also noticed it.

 

questions:

 

1) Is it posible to fix this?

2) Is it posible to make the caller hear the phone ringing (when calling the operator?)

The trace shows that system answers the call immediately when it hears the first ring.

This card does take about half a second to answer the incoming call - but starts playing the sound file immediately:

So the delay due to system answer delay is about half a second. Any other delay would be the time that the Telco takes to deliver the call to the system.
