ramsey Report post Posted 07/19/2005 12:05 AM I tested the trial version and like so much that i decided to purchase a 1 line enterprise license. But after I register the software I know longer can leave messages in mail boxes. The software can nolonger recognise the mail box numbers. Only the retrive functionality works any idea. SupportTeam Report post Posted 07/19/2005 07:00 AM Should work exactly the same as the evaluation version. What actually happens when you try to leave a message now? What deos the caller hear? Could you please post a copy of VoiceGuide's Debug Printout which captures the problem, this will allow us to see what is going on. When running the script click on VoiceGuide's View menu and select 'Event Trace Log' option - any log information will then appear in this window. You must open the trace window before making the call. Share this post Link to post
