It doesn't appear that either Voiceguide or the dialogic card is capturing the Dialed in number. Is there a trick to this. When I look in the log file it is blank.

Sorry for the delay in getting back to you. I had to reinstall VoiceGuide and Dialogic because it was not capturing the caller id as you mentioned above. Once I did that I can now capture the caller id. However I can not capture the dnis / dialed number. Also can you help me with the license? When I try and activate the license it doesn't seem to work. I'll include the ktTel trace and a screenshot of my license screen.

DNIS/Dialed Number is not usually sent by telco between first and second rings on analog lines. Usually only the CID Name and Number get sent that way - and you can see in the trace that both of those have been read in ok.

Are you expecting them to be sending DNIS information as well? 

No DTMF tones have been detected after call was answered, so looks like the calling system is not set up to perform any in-band signalling, so DNIS or any other type of data is not getting sent that way on these lines either.

So it sounds like my phone provider is not sending this, correct? I just want to make sure there is nothing on our end that we can change.

Yes. DNIS is not sent by Telcos on standard analog lines.

I know you asked me to talk to sales about license issues. I have the old email with the correct license. I believe the issue is that in the "Boards installed / UniqueIDs" field is including the .dll file name instead of just the board names (see included image). Can someone  tell me why that would happen? On my other system it only shows the two board numbers.  Every time I remove everything except the board names, when I come back in the full .dll file is showing up again.

The License Manager in some older version of the software displayed a .dll name that was selected to be used on that system. This is expected behavior on some older versions.

Note: we removed the posted screenshots as posting of license codes is not allowed.
