status monitor license

Hello VoiceGuide team,
We're still having the problem after licensing the HMP and VoiceGuide program that calls can only be processed at the same time from one phone number. It's almost as if no other caller can have called before me, otherwise my call won't be accepted.
 
Wouldn't you have to add two more sources in the Status Monitor to solve the problem?
 
Here is a photo of our status monitor, the HMP and VoiceGuide are licensed for 4 lines each. So it should be possible to use them simultaneously.

Screenshot shows that only 1 line is licensed. 

Did you restart the Dialogic HMP service after applying the HMP license? 

Please forward the latest vgEngine and ktTel trace files to sales@voiceguide.com - those traces will show what licenses are enabled.

I think I may have phrased the question incorrectly here, or the screenshot was unclear. The question was more about whether, if we have 4 licenses for 4 lines (which is the case), we then need to add 4 devices here in order to be able to call 4 phone numbers simultaneously.

However, your answer suggests that this is indeed what we would need to do 😉

If that is not the case, or if this is supposed to work differently in general, it would of course be great if you could briefly point us in the right direction as to where this should be configured.

Attached once again is a screenshot of the bottom line of the Status Monitor; the license number and company name have been anonymized.Also attached is the vgEngine file.

VoiceGuide is attempting to open 4 devices.

Looks like HMP does not have a license activated, and this is why VoiceGuide can only open 1 channel on the HMP. Attempts to open another 3 devices return error from HMP.

Please contact sales@voiceguide.com to resolve this.
