SupportTeam Report post Posted 11/20/2025 08:08 PM ktTel trace shows that this system is running on HMP SU548 on Windows 11, version 23H2 HMP SU548 is designed to run on Windows Server editions only. ie: Windows Server 2022, 2019, 2016. There is a note next to the download link for SU548 that states that. For Windows 11 please use Dialogic HMP SU540 - also available for download from our Downloads page. To change to a different version of Dialogic HMP: 1. Stop the Dialogic service. You can use the Dialogic Configuration Manager (DCM) to stop the service. 2. Uninstall Dialogic HMP drivers fully (do not save configuration). 3. Reboot machine. 4. Install the new version of Dialogic HMP. (You need to run the installer "As Administrator". Right click on the installer .exe to bring up menu that has that option). 5. Reboot machine. 6. Open the Dialogic Configuration Manager (DCM) and start the Dialogic service. Also recommend setting the Dialogic service to ‘Start Automatically’. This can be done in the Dialogic Configuration Manager (DCM). SupportTeam Report post Posted 12/01/2025 11:43 PM The Dialogic HMP RTF logs show all sorts of errors. Is there anything else installed on this system apart from Windows and HMP and VoiceGuide? No other VoIP type software and no "Anti-Virus" type software? System looks to be a "DreamQuest Mini-PC", so maybe there is just something with the network drivers on that system that stops Dialogic HMP from working on such hardware. Only other thing we can suggest is to try the older HMP SU393 (link on our Downloads page) and see if maybe that older version works on that hardware. Share this post Link to post
Frank.Schwarz Report post Posted 12/02/2025 11:01 AM Hello VG Team, I uninstalled HMP 540 and VG 7.7.10, then restarted the PC. I then installed HMP 393 and restarted the PC. After that, the error message appeared. No antivirus software is installed on the PC. There are no other SIP installations either. The PC only has WINDOWS installed as its operating system, along with HMP / VG and WireShark. Attached are the logs. Thank you. HMP.zip Share this post Link to post

SupportTeam Report post Posted 12/03/2025 11:26 PM In general the "mini-PC" type systems that do not have CPUs and chipsets used in traditional motherboards will not work. Dialogic/Enghouse may provide more information about this, but any lists of currently officially approved hardware would be comprised of high end servers only. Also, latest versions of Dialogic HMP only work with "Server" class operating systems. Share this post Link to post
