When this appears then VoiceGuide stops working

Are you running VoiceGuide's ACD Agent Status application?

Is this ACD Agent Status application running on same system as VoiceGuide or is it connecting to the VoiceGuide server from another machine?

Can you please give more information on what you mean by "VoiceGuide stops working". What are the are the actual issues experienced? Can you post trace files from VoiceGuide system which capture this event?
