Voice Guide not working after restarting the server

Traces show that the Dialogic HMP channels cannot be opened:

Suggest stopping both VoiceGuide and Dialogic services, and then just starting the Dialogic service, confirm that it starts up OK, and then start the VoiceGuide service afterwards.

Is this an VMWare ESXi based system? Is this system connected up to a vCenter Server?

I am getting below error while trying to start the dialogic Manager also find the Ktts logs

The Dialogic drivers need to work before you can try using VoiceGuide with them.

Suggest you try reinstalling the Dialogic drivers and see if they start ok after the reinstall.

To reinstall HMP:

  1. Fully uninstall Dialogic HMP. Do NOT save configurations etc.
  2. Restart Windows. HMP will automatically run further uninstall tasks after Windows restart.
  3. Install new version of HMP
  4. Restart Windows. HMP will not work until after Windows has been restarted after the install.
