Whisper To Client Durring Conversation

is possible to play prompt (whisper) to caller (client) during recorded conversation with Agent (on DMV 1200 card)?


Agent have to read long announcement and we want to play it automatically during conversation after Agent choose dtmf tone

Please see attached a script that will connect two callers together and record both sides of the connected call.


The script is designed in such a way that at any time during the connected call the agent can press "1" and a whisper will be played to that agent.

(the customer call leg will get "OTHER_LEG_1" event,  so that  can be used to commence some action on customer side.


The agent will not be able to hear the customer while the whisper is played.



This will work on any Dialogic DMV or JCT card, including DMV1200 series cards.

This script expands on previous one.

It shows how the whisper can be played on the outgoing leg of the connected call (as well as on the incoming leg).
