Vg7.5 Would Not Start After Upgrade

We have upgraded one of our customers' VG from 7.4 and 7.5 today, but the service would not start.

The Status monitor shows no lines available (HMP 4 lines)

when the server restarts, an error message box also displays that is related with the Line Status monitor (Please see the included screen capture)

Could you tell me what is going on?

Please update the HMP drivers on that system to the version that is available for download from our WWW Downloads page.


To update HMP please stop all services and uninstall the current HMP drivers (do not backup/save configuration), then restart system and then install new HMP drivers - and then restart system after install.


You should set the VoiceGuide service to be a "Manual" startup while updating the HMP drivers.


If you still encounter issues then please post traces as before.
